Warranty Policy

At CURRYSMARTER, customers receive:

1. 365 days of online advice;
2. 90 days FREE return shipping.

*If the item is in an unused condition with the original packaging still intact, the item can be returned for a refund or exchanged for a new one within 180 days from the date of shipment. If the returned item cannot be replenished due to signs of wear, your request for a refund or exchange will not be processed and the original item will be sent back to you.


Please note:

*The original shipping cost will not be refunded except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
*It will take approximately one week for your return to be fully processed and a refund/exchange issued.
